- Lead hands-on AI solution development and enablement for an emerging AI Center of Excellence, owning agent design, testing, learning resources, and adoption support in partnership with BI leadership.
- Design, build, and continually refine AI agents for EHR support, Clinical Operations, OBGYN, and employee services, translating business needs into instructions, knowledge sources, workflows, safeguards, and evaluation scenarios.
- Build agents, tools, and reusable resources using GPT models in Visual Studio Code; created 14 reusable AI skills supporting agent development, knowledge management, adoption reporting, project planning, and documentation.
- Redesigned and published a SharePoint AI Enablement Hub with structured learning paths, a prompt catalog, agent guidance, educational videos, responsible-use resources, and employee support materials.
- Build practical Copilot examples to demonstrate use cases and teach employees how to apply the tools. Develop AI and Copilot curricula, presentations, job aids, and multimedia training; created and shared six Copilot 101 screen-recorded videos and delivered demonstrations to staff, Division Directors, and the Advisory Board.
- Established and manage the AI Champions Teams channel, sharing practical tips, demonstrations, and branded learning materials; provide individual guidance to employees and physicians applying Copilot to their work.
- Serve as an organizational resource for AI and Copilot expertise, evaluating emerging capabilities and developing practical approaches that maximize the value of available tools and licensing.
- Built six Copilot activity and trend dashboards and an adoption measurement framework covering repeat use, sustained engagement, departmental participation, and Champion activity, using privacy-safe aggregate reporting.
- Embed approved-source grounding, citation requirements, sensitive-data boundaries, human review, and escalation rules into agent designs; develop test cases for ambiguous requests, missing information, access failures, and unsupported guidance.
- Translate workflow opportunities into scoped requirements, prototypes, Copilot Studio and Power Automate designs, implementation guidance, and test plans; advise on feasibility, sequencing, and tool selection.
